What’s New at Equip

This summer, we’ve continued investing in features that help organizations spend less time on administrative work and more time supporting the people they serve. From AI-powered imports to new bulk management tools, these updates are designed to simplify everyday workflows while making it easier to get started with Equip.

AI-Powered Forms & Assessments Import

Moving to a new platform shouldn’t mean rebuilding every form and assessment from scratch.

You can now upload an existing form, assessment, survey, or intake document and Equip will use AI to create a structured draft with sections, questions, and answer options already mapped into the platform. From there, your team can review, edit, and finalize everything before putting it into use.

Whether you’re transitioning from paper forms or another system, AI Import helps reduce manual setup so your team can get up and running faster.

New Batch Actions Across Equip

We’ve expanded Batch Actions to eliminate repetitive administrative work and help teams complete common tasks in just a few clicks.

  • Assign Supporters in Bulk
Assign one or more supporters to multiple participants at the same time.
  • Add Participants to Groups
Add multiple participants to existing groups or create a new group during the process.
  • Manage Team Member Access
Send or resend invitations to team members and enable web access for multiple users at once.
  • Generate ZIP Files for Documents
Select multiple documents and download them as a ZIP file, making it easier to archive or share documentation.

Have an idea for a Batch Action that would save your team time? We’d love to hear it! Send us your suggestions as we continue expanding this feature throughout Equip.

Along the Path

What could your team do with 75% less time spent coordinating transportation?

For All In, the answer was simple: spend more time supporting participants.

Like many organizations, their team was juggling communication, transportation planning, schedules, and participant information across multiple systems. By bringing those workflows together in Equip, they reduced transportation planning time by 75%, giving staff more time to coach participants, build independence, and focus on meaningful support.

Their story is a powerful reminder that technology isn’t about replacing human connection, it’s about creating more opportunities for it.

Community Spotlight

One theme came up in conversation after conversation at this year’s ACCSES National Conference: organizations are looking for ways to reduce administrative work while creating more opportunities for meaningful, person-centered support.

Our team was grateful for the opportunity to connect with providers from across the country, learn about the challenges they’re facing, and hear the innovative ways they’re helping individuals achieve greater independence.

We were especially honored to have our Founder & CEO, Trent Kocurek, share Equip’s vision for moving beyond employment as the destination and instead focusing on sustained independence as the long-term goal. Those conversations reinforced why we build Equip—to give organizations the tools they need to spend less time managing processes and more time empowering the people they support.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared your experiences, and helped make ACCSES another inspiring event. We look forward to continuing the conversation throughout the year.
