Equip has been vital in improving our efficiency for communication and data collection. Students are also finding benefit from features like the Mood Navigator which allows for better monitoring of emotional health. The Equip Team has been fantastic to work with regarding training, best practices, and support.

The Equip platform with a student-focused mobile app, has transformed the EAGLES Program by streamlining our operations, reducing administrative tasks, and enhancing student’s level of independence. Equip’s real-time data and trend analysis empower our staff and students to make real-time decisions and makes our daily operations more efficient, resulting in a worthwhile investment.

Being able to create events on both the program side and the student side has allowed students to gain more independence and manage their own schedules. Students have really embraced the application and the collaboration and tech support provided by the Equip team is also unmatched!

The customer service we have received is unmatched, Trent has listened to us and created a system that makes sense for providers and saves staff hundreds of hours a month in documentation so they can focus on service provision. To have a technology company that cares as much about the individuals who are being served as it does about the provider who is serving them is invaluable and that is exactly what we have in Equip. We will continue to recommend this technology to our colleagues and state leaders.

Equip's versatility that allows all of our client health and demographic information to be stored in one easy-to-access location has been a lifesaver for our staff and clients on more than one occasion. I just finished setting up a Grocery Shopping Time for a student with a WING assigned, and I also was able to add an assessment. It was seamless, and I look forward to seeing the results!

Completing employment assessments and other people’s assessments in Equip has been **chef’s kiss**!! It is very quick and easy to see and pull the results to refer back to. I also LOVE that I can edit assessments after I’ve completed them; this made my life much easier!

I have LOVED the assessments in Equip! It is very easy to use, edit, and share with others. It also helped us streamline and make the process for portfolios much more efficient. I had some time to play around with Forms today, and OH MY WORD! The game has changed! I was hesitant at first, but I added four of our employment forms (employer contract, student contracts, wings contract, and career plans) to the forms section, and this will drastically help us!

Now that we have students back and I am working on weekly meetings with them, it is really nice to dive into this!

I don’t think we would have survived the last year without being fully staffed without Equip! Being able to share responsibilities with each other and with our Graduate Assistants really saved time and energy that we needed to complete everything else!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks for setting up the Supervisor assessment form for us – I was able to send it via the automated system and with a copied link and I love how easy it was. I’ll let you know if we get any feedback from the supervisors about using it too, but I bet they’ll find it helpful, too.

Overall, Equip is a wonderful resource that should be strongly considered by anyone looking to implement a successful health and wellness program.

Equip is the data collection piece we needed for program advancement. How do you measure your advancement? Being able to really understand what the data is showing us—where, why, and how it’s collected—is essential. And having one central location for all of it matters. Spreadsheets weren’t working for us.

At Auburn, I had the chance to practice living more independently while still having the support I needed from my teachers. Equip helped me stay organized with my schoolwork and activities, and I loved being a part of the Auburn community.

When we first learned about Equip, its best quality was its centralization. We had files in Google Drive and OneDrive, we wrote emails to students with things we talked about, and we helped students save important information in their own note-taking apps, emails, or pictures. Equip, when it was just a little guy, was a breath of fresh air.

I loved Grace using EQUIP because it organized her in the best way. She would get so many emails and GroupMe's and notifications from her teachers that she was always missing some thing. As soon as she got the app, EQUIP, it changed her life! She was never late to a class, she didn't miss out on an opportunity or activity they had planned, and she had her routines all in one place.

This is so much more intuitive than Therap. Even though I am ancient, I have figured out how to get my students in and track attendance!!!
