Innovation In Action

Exploring how Equip’s advancements shape a smarter, more empowered future.

Latest Feature Requests: Granted

Thanks to feedback from our customers and the incredible brainstorming sessions at SEPSEA, we’re excited to roll out one of Equip’s newest features: Availability on the Calendar. Coordinating support has never been easier.

📝 Availability on the Calendar Supporters can now set when they’re available—across multiple days and time blocks. Admins get a clear view of who’s free when, making it easier to schedule check-ins, services, and support sessions. Visibility is built right into the calendar on web and mobile (v1.1.29+), so planning takes less time and guesswork.

Empowering Independence

Building confidence, how Equip supports independence every day.

Emotional Health Is Part of Independence Too

Independence isn’t just about routines and responsibilities—it’s also about knowing how you feel, what you need, and how to navigate challenges in the moment. That’s where Equip’s Mood Navigator comes in.

Accessible on the mobile app, individuals can:

  • Log their moods in real time

  • Access personalized coping strategies

  • Reflect on trends over time with their support team

Emotional regulation is a learned skill—and Mood Navigator helps build it, one check-in at a time.

Support Simplified

Effective tools and insights to simplify your role and maximize impact.

When Support Is Streamlined, Everyone Wins

Good support isn’t just about showing up—it’s about following through. Equip gives teams the tools to do both by reducing friction in everyday tasks and making critical information easy to access, document, and share.

Here’s how teams are simplifying their workflows with Equip:

  • Using forms to document incident reports, job coaching notes, and in real time

  • Logging goal progress during community outings—so notes don’t pile up or get forgotten

  • Sending announcements to the whole team when schedules shift, appointments get added, or reminders are needed

  • Viewing Supporter availability right in the calendar, so Admins can assign staff without long email chains

These are the workflows that save hours each week—without compromising the quality of care.
