Innovation In Action

Exploring how Equip’s advancements shape a smarter, more empowered future.

New & Improved

Goal Summary PDF

Sharing progress just got easier. The new Goal Summary PDF allows teams to generate a clear, shareable snapshot of an individual’s goals in one place. It helps teams:

  • Summarize current goals in a clean, easy-to-read format

  • Support meetings, reviews, and documentation needs

  • Share progress with stakeholders without navigating the platform

A new download button on the Goals page makes this export easy to access, streamlining preparation for reviews and conversations. This makes it easier to communicate goals clearly while keeping documentation consistent and accessible.

Small Changes That Add Up

Home Page Birthday Count: Weekly View

To make sure no one gets missed, birthday counts on the home page now display by week instead of by day. This helps teams:

  • See upcoming birthdays at a glance

  • Avoid missing birthdays that fall on weekends

  • Plan acknowledgments and celebrations ahead of time

By shifting to a weekly view, birthdays are easier to notice and easier to celebrate!

Assessment Downloads: Optional Question Descriptions

Admins can now choose whether to include Question Descriptions when downloading assessment results.

Why this matters:

  • Question descriptions often contain critical context for reporting

  • Downloads are clearer and more complete when shared externally

  • Teams have more control over what’s included

How it works:

  • This is a setting on each question

  • It defaults to off, so existing exports remain unchanged

  • Admins can enable it when descriptions are needed for documentation or reporting

✨ Even small updates are designed to reduce friction and improve everyday use.

Empowering Independence

Building confidence, how Equip supports independence every day.

Turning Daily Actions Into Visible Progress

Independence is built through consistent, everyday actions—not just major milestones. Equip helps make that progress visible and meaningful.

When individuals can:

  • Complete routines connected to real-life responsibilities

  • Review progress toward personal goals

  • Reflect on what’s working over time

They begin to take greater ownership of their growth.

Recognizing Progress Builds Confidence

Equip highlights progress that might otherwise go unnoticed:

  • Completed routines reinforce consistency

  • Goal updates show forward momentum

  • Notes and check-ins support reflection and adjustment

Seeing progress—especially during challenging or slower periods—helps individuals stay motivated and confident.

✨ Progress doesn’t need to be dramatic to matter. Equip makes small wins visible.

Support Simplified

Effective tools and insights to simplify your role and maximize impact.

Smarter Reporting Starts With Better Filtering

As teams kick off a new year, reporting questions come fast: What’s been completed? Who needs follow-up? How are we tracking progress month over month?

One of the most effective ways to answer these questions in Equip is by Filtering the Report—without exporting or rebuilding anything.

With filters, teams can:

  • View activity by date range (monthly, quarterly, or year-to-date)

  • Focus on specific Participants or Supporters

  • Narrow results by categories or tags to prepare for reviews and meetings

Filtering keeps everyone working from the same source of truth while reducing prep time and manual work.

✨ When reporting is easier, teams can spend less time preparing—and more time taking action.
