💬 Chat on the Web Admins, managing conversations just got easier. From within Groups, you’ll now see a chat icon if you’re a member of that group’s chat. This new access point streamlines chat visibility and control, giving admins a clearer view of where communication is happening—all without leaving the web

📝 Multi-Subject Forms Filling out forms multiple times for different participants is a thing of the past. Now, both PDF forms and custom forms support single- or multi-subject options. With multi-subject enabled, you can select multiple participants at once, saving time and reducing duplicate work. This enhancement helps teams stay efficient while ensuring every individual’s information is captured.

📍 Visualize Where Check-Ins Occurred Location now tells a story. If an event is geocoded, Equip will display a map showing exactly where the check-in happened. This gives teams better context for services delivered in the community, helps spot patterns, and builds accountability and trust by confirming participants are supported in the right place at the right time.

⚠️ Warn of Unsaved Changes No more lost work. If you start typing and try to exit a page before saving, Equip will now stop and confirm. This safeguard saves time, prevents frustration, and keeps your data secure.

Together, these updates cut down on repetitive tasks and keep communication organized—so your team can spend less time managing systems and more time supporting participants.
