We’re thrilled to announce our latest update to Equip, designed to enrich the functionality and flexibility of our platform. Today, we've introduced several new features and improvements that aim to enhance your user experience and provide more personalized management capabilities. Here’s what’s new:

1. Personal Assessments We've added the capability for admins to create personalized assessments tailored for specific students, moving away from a one-size-fits-all approach. This targeted assessment creation allows for more focused evaluations and is an enhancement from having only a global library of assessments.

2. Assessments in the App Students now have the ability to view their assessment results directly in the Equip app, providing immediate access to their performance feedback. Admins have the control to allow visibility of these results and can choose to include or hide comments, making the feedback process flexible and tailored to each student's needs.

3. Photos on Assessment Answers To improve the accuracy and explanatory power of assessments, assessors can now attach photos while evaluating a student. This feature is invaluable for providing visual evidence to support assessment outcomes and helps in conveying clear, illustrative feedback to students.

4. Custom Categories Enhance your organizational capabilities with our new custom categories feature. You are no longer limited to predefined color options; instead, use our color picker to create unique color combinations for your categories, allowing for a more customized and visually appealing categorization system.

5. Reminder Notification Settings for Events and Routines Admins and students can now personalize their reminder notifications for events and routines. This new setting is adjustable from each user's profile, offering the flexibility to choose whether to receive reminders, thereby helping manage daily schedules more effectively.

6. All Day Routines With the introduction of All Day Routines, activities can now be scheduled for an entire day without specifying exact times. These routines appear at the top of a student’s calendar, providing a prominent reminder of important daily activities that don't require a set time frame.
